Abstract
The 8th Asian Offshore Wind, Wave and Tidal Energy Conference (AWTEC 2026) is a biennial academic conference held in Kaohsiung, Taiwan, that brings together engineers, researchers and industry experts working on wave, tidal, ocean thermal, ocean current and offshore wind energy. AWTEC is the sister conference of the European Wave and Tidal Energy Conference (EWTEC) and serves as a key platform for sharing research findings, industrial applications and cross-disciplinary collaboration in the Asian ocean-energy sector.
